Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Add garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Spread filling evenly over tortillas.
Top with chopped veggies.
Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 6 hours.
Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
