Ingredients
  

  • - 4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • - 8 oz light cream cheese
  • - 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • - 2 tbsp sour cream
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp dried parsley
  • - 1 tsp dried dill
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 2 cups chopped vegetables broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, green onion

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread filling evenly over tortillas.
  • Top with chopped veggies.
  • Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 6 hours.
  • Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.

- Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
