Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Refreshing, fruity popsicles made with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for a healthy summer treat.

Ingredients
  

  • - 3½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries thawed if frozen
  • - ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • - 2–3 tbsp honey or agave
  • - ¾ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Pour into molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for 4–5 hours.
  • Run mold under warm water and remove popsicles.

Notes

Use agave for babies under 1 year. Add mint, basil, or yogurt for variations. Can be made with coconut water for extra hydration.
