Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Refreshing, fruity popsicles made with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for a healthy summer treat.

Ingredients
- 3½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries
thawed if frozen
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp honey or agave
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
Blend strawberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness.
Pour into molds and insert sticks.
Freeze for 4–5 hours.
Run mold under warm water and remove popsicles.
Notes
Use agave for babies under 1 year. Add mint, basil, or yogurt for variations. Can be made with coconut water for extra hydration.
