- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1½ cups nut butter almond or cashew
- ½ cup coconut oil partially melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ –½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ –½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
Make oat flour by blending oats into a fine powder.
Mix dough: In a food processor, combine oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla.
