- 2 cups fresh ripe peaches peeled and diced
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
Cook Peaches: In a saucepan, simmer peaches with sugar and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
Blend: Puree half the peaches; keep the other half chunky for texture.
Mix Base: Combine puree, chunky peaches, cream, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 2–4 hours.
Churn: Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (20–30 mins).
Freeze: Transfer to container and freeze for 4+ hours or until firm.
