Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh ripe peaches peeled and diced
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook Peaches: In a saucepan, simmer peaches with sugar and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  • Blend: Puree half the peaches; keep the other half chunky for texture.
  • Mix Base: Combine puree, chunky peaches, cream, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 2–4 hours.
  • Churn: Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (20–30 mins).
  • Freeze: Transfer to container and freeze for 4+ hours or until firm.

Notes

  • Use frozen peaches if fresh are out of season.
  • Add bourbon or white chocolate for variation.
  • For no-churn: replace milk/cream with whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk.
