Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped nuts or peanut butter for variation
  • Extra coconut or cocoa powder for coating optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until fully combined into a sticky dough.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.
  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls with damp hands.
  • Roll in extra coconut or cocoa powder if desired.
  • Chill again for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Wet hands prevent sticking when rolling.
  • If dough is too sticky, add more graham crumbs.
