Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Pop the popcorn and place in a large bowl.
Heat butter, brown sugar, and caramel sauce until bubbly.
Stir in marshmallows until melted and smooth.
Pour mixture over popcorn and toss to coat.
Spread on baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 30 mins, stirring every 10.
Cool, break into clusters, and store.
