Ingredients
  

  • - Fresh strawberries 140g/5 oz
  • - Sugar 70g/2.5 oz, raw or white
  • - Milk 2 cups, any type
  • - Optional: ice cubes whipped cream, vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
  • In a bowl, mix strawberries and sugar; refrigerate for 1–2 hours to create syrup.
  • Chill syrup, then spoon 3–4 tbsp into a glass.
  • Pour cold milk over syrup and stir gently.
  • Serve with ice cubes or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

 Adjust sugar ratio (1:1 for sweet, 1:0.5 for balanced, 1:0.2 for low-sugar).
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
Enjoy immediately after mixing for best taste.
