Soft, sweet King’s Hawaiian rolls filled with creamy cheesecake-style filling, brushed with a warm cinnamon butter glaze, and baked to golden perfection. Ideal for brunch, dessert, or holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Rolls:
  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12-count
  • 6 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • For the Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Without separating the rolls, carve out a small cavity in the top of each.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Brush over and inside the rolls.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and egg; blend well.
  • Fill each roll with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 15–17 minutes until golden and the filling is set.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, vanilla glaze, chopped nuts.
  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
  • Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
