Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon for coating

Instructions
 

  • Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  • Stir in flour until a dough forms; let cool.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Pipe dough into 1–2 inch pieces.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Chill dough slightly before piping for firmer shape.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
