Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup water
- 1 packet Kool-Aid
any flavor
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Lollipop sticks
- Optional: food coloring
edible glitter
Instructions
Grease molds and insert sticks.
Boil sugar, water, and corn syrup to 300°F.
Stir in Kool-Aid and baking soda (watch for fizz).
Pour into molds quickly.
Let cool for 30–60 minutes.
Notes
Use a candy thermometer for accuracy. Let kids help with prep—not the hot syrup step. Try layering flavors or adding glitter for flair.
