- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 rolls
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar blend
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- Optional: Parmesan cheese Italian seasoning, marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Unroll crescent dough and brush each triangle with garlic butter.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and roll from wide end to tip.
Place rollups seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
