Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab shredded
  • 1 sheet nori sliced
  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp furikake or sesame seeds
  • Optional: pickled ginger edamame, green onion

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions. Season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  • Prepare toppings: dice avocado and cucumber, shred crab, slice nori.
  • Assemble bowl: place rice in a bowl, then layer crab, avocado, cucumber, and nori on top.
  • Finish with toppings: drizzle sriracha mayo and soy sauce; sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
