- 1 cup sushi rice cooked
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup imitation crab shredded
- 1 sheet nori sliced
- 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp furikake or sesame seeds
- Optional: pickled ginger edamame, green onion
Cook rice according to package instructions. Season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Prepare toppings: dice avocado and cucumber, shred crab, slice nori.
Assemble bowl: place rice in a bowl, then layer crab, avocado, cucumber, and nori on top.
Finish with toppings: drizzle sriracha mayo and soy sauce; sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds.
