Ingredients
  

  • 1 5 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 medium apple Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, diced
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped walnuts cranberries, or red onion

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine tuna, diced apple, celery, and any optional add-ins.
  • In a separate bowl, mix yogurt (or mayo), mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over salad and stir gently to combine.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired. Serve in wraps, lettuce cups, or with crackers.

Notes

  • Use lemon juice to prevent apples from browning.
  • For meal prep, keep apples separate until serving.
  • Customize with avocado, herbs, or different nuts for variety.
