A no-bake, easy-to-make sweet treat featuring shredded coconut, whole almonds, and rich dark chocolate. These homemade bites taste just like Almond Joy — but fresher and more customizable.

- 2 cups shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 20 whole almonds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Shape 1 tbsp of mixture into an oval and press an almond into the center. Enclose it fully.
Chill bites on parchment paper in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second intervals).
Dip chilled bites in melted chocolate, coating completely.
Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
