Description

A customizable, mess-free meal idea inspired by the viral TikTok trend. Folded wraps are made by layering ingredients in four quadrants of a tortilla, folding into a triangle, and serving cold or toasted. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dessert.


Ingredients

Base:

  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch, soft)

  • Non-stick spray or oil (for pan)

Example: Breakfast Combo

  • 2 scrambled eggs

  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Lay the tortilla flat. Cut a single slit from the center to the edge.

  • Visually divide into 4 quadrants.

  • Place one ingredient in each section:

    • Bottom-left: scrambled eggs

    • Top-left: bacon

    • Top-right: cheddar cheese

    • Bottom-right: avocado

  • Fold: bottom-left → top-left → top-right → bottom-right, forming a triangle.

  • Heat in a non-stick pan over medium heat with cooking spray. Cook each side for 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

 

  • Serve hot or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
