Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 810 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded cabbage (avocado, salsa, lime, sour cream, cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Thaw and prep shrimp (if frozen), then pat dry.
  2. Toss with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
