Instructions
- Thaw and prep shrimp (if frozen), then pat dry.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp and desired toppings.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
