Ingredients
– 2 cups frozen strawberries
– 1 cup chopped watermelon
– 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (or non-dairy)
– 2 tsp honey (optional)
– Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust with honey or lime if needed.
4. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker texture, use frozen watermelon. You can skip honey if fruits are ripe. Add chia seeds or protein powder for extra nutrition. |
