Ingredients
- – 4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas
- – 8 oz light cream cheese
- – 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- – 2 tbsp sour cream
- – 1 tsp garlic powder
- – 1 tsp dried parsley
- – 1 tsp dried dill
- – ½ tsp salt
- – ¼ tsp black pepper
- – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- – ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- – 2 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, green onion)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Spread filling evenly over tortillas.
- Top with chopped veggies.
- Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 6 hours.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
