Description

Colorful, creamy, and easy-to-make appetizer featuring burrito-sized tortillas filled with a cream cheese-based mixture and assorted veggies, rolled up and sliced into pinwheels.


Ingredients

  • – 4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • – 8 oz light cream cheese
  • – 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • – 2 tbsp sour cream
  • – 1 tsp garlic powder
  • – 1 tsp dried parsley
  • – 1 tsp dried dill
  • – ½ tsp salt
  • – ¼ tsp black pepper
  • – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • – ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • – 2 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, red and yellow bell peppers, green onion)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Spread filling evenly over tortillas.
  5. Top with chopped veggies.
  6. Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 6 hours.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
