Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (93/7 or 85/15)

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

1 onion, diced

1 bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.

Add ground turkey, breaking it apart until no longer pink.

Stir in spices and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Add beans, tomatoes, and broth. Stir well.

Simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve with toppings of choice.
