1–2 tsp Chinese Five Spice

⅓ cup soy sauce or tamari

¼ cup Thai chili sauce (or homemade)

4 Persian cucumbers, sliced

½ cup Thai basil, chopped

2 cups cilantro, chopped

¼ cup green onions, chopped

⅓ cup roasted peanuts, chopped

8 flour tortillas or rice paper wraps
Instructions

In a skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds in oil.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in Chinese Five Spice, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Warm tortillas or prep rice paper wraps.

Layer beef, cucumbers, herbs, and peanuts in each wrap.

Roll tightly. Serve with extra sauce or dipping oil.
