Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth.
- Let it rest for 1 hour to double in size.
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce
- Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan.

- Cook the Chicken
