Ingredients

- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp sugar cookie granola butter
- 30 g protein powder (vanilla or sugar cookie flavor)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-12 oz. ramekin.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ramekin.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly. Top with granola butter or toppings of choice. Enjoy!
