Ingredients
- – 1 cup granulated sugar
- – ½ cup + 1 tbsp water
- – 6 tbsp white vinegar
- – 4½ tsp red wine vinegar
- – 1 tsp finely grated onion
- – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- – ¼ tsp sesame oil
- – 1 tbsp cornstarch
- – 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- – 2 tsp dry mustard powder
- – 1 tsp salt
- – ¾ tsp poppy seeds
- – ½ tsp celery seed
- – ¼ tsp onion powder
- – ¼ tsp paprika
- – ¼ tsp black pepper
- – ⅛ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking frequently.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
