Description

A quick, no-bake dessert salad made with whipped topping, strawberries, marshmallows, and cake. Perfect for potlucks and holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 23 cups pound cake or angel food cake, cubed

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • (Optional): 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, 4 oz cream cheese


Instructions

  • Slice strawberries and cube cake.

  • Mix whipped topping and condensed milk until smooth.

  • Fold in strawberries, marshmallows, and cake.

  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

 

  • Stir gently before serving and garnish if desired.

Notes

  • For best texture, add the cake just before serving.
