Description
Refreshing, fruity popsicles made with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and natural sweeteners. Perfect for a healthy summer treat.
Ingredients
- – 3½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed if frozen)
- – ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- – 2–3 tbsp honey or agave
- – ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, lemon juice, water, and sweetener until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness.
- Pour into molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for 4–5 hours.
- Run mold under warm water and remove popsicles.
Notes
Use agave for babies under 1 year. Add mint, basil, or yogurt for variations. Can be made with coconut water for extra hydration.
