Description
A creamy no-bake cheesecake layered over a buttery Golden Oreo crust, topped with a nostalgic strawberry crunch topping made from cookies and freeze-dried berries. A show-stopping dessert perfect for parties, holidays, and summer celebrations.
Ingredients
Crust
- 
24 Golden Oreos (crushed) 
- 
5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) 
Filling
- 
16 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened) 
- 
1 cup powdered sugar 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
1½ cups whipped topping (or whipped cream) 
- 
½ cup chopped fresh strawberries or puree 
Crunch Topping
- 
10 Golden Oreos 
- 
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries 
- 
1 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder (optional) 
Instructions
- 
Prepare the Crust 
 Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- 
Make the Filling 
 Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Spread over crust.
- 
Add the Crunch Topping 
 Pulse freeze-dried strawberries, Oreos, and optional Jello powder in a food processor. Sprinkle over filling.
- 
Chill 
 Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
- 
Serve 
 Release from pan, slice, and garnish with whipped cream or fresh strawberries.
Notes
- 
For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese. 
- 
You can substitute graham crackers for the crust. 
- 
Freeze-dried strawberries add more crunch than fresh.
