Ingredients
Crust

24 Golden Oreos (crushed)

5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Filling

16 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)

½ cup chopped fresh strawberries or puree
Crunch Topping

10 Golden Oreos
-
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries

1 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Crust
Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes. -
Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Spread over crust. -
Add the Crunch Topping
Pulse freeze-dried strawberries, Oreos, and optional Jello powder in a food processor. Sprinkle over filling. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until set.

Release from pan, slice, and garnish with whipped cream or fresh strawberries.
