No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are sweet, creamy, high-protein snacks perfect for clean eating, meal prep, and guilt-free indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free oats (or oat flour)
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1½ cups nut butter (almond or cashew)
  • ½ cup coconut oil (partially melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼½ cup freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Make oat flour by blending oats into a fine powder.
  2. Mix dough: In a food processor, combine oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in mix-ins: Stir in chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries by hand.
  4. Form into balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
  5. Chill on a lined tray in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
