Instructions
- Sauté spinach until wilted (or thaw and squeeze if frozen).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, and herbs.
- Heat skillet over medium.
- Place tortilla on skillet, spread filling evenly, and top or fold.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
