Ingredients
For the Brownies:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

2 ¼ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 ¼ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Spiderweb Topping:

½ cup white chocolate chips OR cream cheese frosting

1–2 tsp milk (to thin if needed)

Optional: gel food coloring (orange, green, purple)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.

Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

Stir in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder. Fold in flour and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into pan. Bake for 28–32 minutes until set but fudgy.

Let cool completely (at least 1 hour).

Melt white chocolate. Pipe a spiral on top.

Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outward to form a spiderweb.

Let topping set. Slice and serve!
