Ingredients
For the sweet potato base:

For the pecan topping:

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Make the sweet potato mixture: In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly into the prepared dish.

Make the topping: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle topping evenly over the sweet potato base.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until topping is golden and the casserole is set.
