Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2–3 bell peppers (mixed colors, sliced)

Flour or corn tortillas (6–8, warmed)

Instructions

Make Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and all spices.

Marinate Shrimp: Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
