Ingredients

1 cup canned pumpkin purée

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

Mix butter and sugars until smooth. Add pumpkin, yolk, and vanilla.

Whisk together dry ingredients and spices separately.

Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in chocolate, graham crumbs, and half the marshmallows.

Chill dough for 45–60 mins.

Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes.

Add more marshmallows on top, bake 3–4 more minutes.

Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
