Festive and fun Pumpkin Deviled Eggs shaped like mini pumpkins—perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or fall parties. Creamy, tangy, and easy to make!
Ingredients

6 large eggs (hard-boiled)

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 drop red food coloring (optional)

Fresh chives (for garnish/stem)

Smoked paprika (for garnish)
Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes), then cool in an ice bath and peel.

Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl.

Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red food coloring.

Pipe the filling into egg whites in a round pumpkin shape.

Use a toothpick to draw vertical ridges.

Top with chive “stems” and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
