Description

Festive and fun Pumpkin Deviled Eggs shaped like mini pumpkins—perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or fall parties. Creamy, tangy, and easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs (hard-boiled)

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 drop red food coloring (optional)

  • Fresh chives (for garnish/stem)

  • Smoked paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes), then cool in an ice bath and peel.

  • Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl.

  • Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red food coloring.

  • Pipe the filling into egg whites in a round pumpkin shape.

  • Use a toothpick to draw vertical ridges.

  • Top with chive “stems” and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Only 1 drop of food coloring is needed for a soft orange hue.

  • Use a zip-top bag as a piping bag substitute.

  • Make-ahead friendly: store eggs and filling separately, then assemble before serving.
