Description

A quick and festive treat made with melted chocolate and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for gifts, snacking, and holiday platters.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate or dark chocolate (chopped or chips)

  • ¾ cup roasted pistachios (shelled)

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

  • Optional: rose petals, orange zest, or edible gold leaf for decoration


Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (30-second intervals, stir frequently).

  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet (~¼ inch thick).

  • Sprinkle toppings: pistachios, cranberries, sea salt, and any decorative elements.

  • Let set for 1–2 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes in the fridge.

 

  • Break into shards and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For best results, temper the chocolate to avoid bloom.

  • Lightly toasting the pistachios enhances flavor and crunch.
