A creamy, tropical pina colada milkshake blending pineapple, coconut, and vanilla ice cream. Enjoy it virgin or boozy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2½ cups vanilla ice cream

  • 8 oz crushed pineapple (with juice)

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ¼ cup cream of coconut

  • ¼ cup rum (optional)

  • Shredded coconut flakes (for rimming)

  • Whipped cream and maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim serving glasses with cream of coconut, then dip in shredded coconut flakes.

  2. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, crushed pineapple, coconut milk, cream of coconut, and rum (if using).

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into prepared glasses, top with whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a virgin version, substitute the rum with milk or additional coconut milk.

  • Use Coco Real cream of coconut for best flavor and texture.

 

  • To make it dairy-free, use plant-based ice cream and non-dairy milk.
