Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh ripe peaches (peeled and diced)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Cook Peaches: In a saucepan, simmer peaches with sugar and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Blend: Puree half the peaches; keep the other half chunky for texture.
  3. Mix Base: Combine puree, chunky peaches, cream, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate mixture for 2–4 hours.
  5. Churn: Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (20–30 mins).
  6. Freeze: Transfer to container and freeze for 4+ hours or until firm.

Notes

  • Use frozen peaches if fresh are out of season.
