Description

Soft, gooey cinnamon rolls swirled with a sweet spiced peach cobbler filling, topped with cream cheese icing or a cobbler-style crumble. A perfect fusion for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ tsp salt

Peach Filling:

  • 34 fresh peaches (peeled & sliced) or 1 can (drained)

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Cream Cheese Icing:

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 12 tbsp milk or cream

Optional Crumble:

  • ¼ cup flour

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make Dough: Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar. Add eggs, melted butter, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1–1.5 hours.

  2. Cook Peach Filling: Simmer peaches with brown sugar, spices, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch until thickened. Cool completely.

  3. Assemble: Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread cooled filling evenly. Roll up tightly and slice into 12 rolls.

  4. Bake: Place in a greased 9×13″ pan. (Optional: Pour ½ cup heavy cream over.) Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.

  5. Frost: Drizzle with cream cheese icing. Add crumble if using. Serve warm!

Notes

  • Substitute canned peaches if fresh aren’t available.

  • Add bourbon to filling for a Southern twist.

  • Dough can be prepped overnight and baked fresh in the morning.

  • For crispier tops, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
