Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice cabbage into 1 to 1.5-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.

- Arrange steaks in a single layer on the sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes, then flip and roast another 20 minutes until edges are crispy.
