Description

A creamy, dairy-free frozen dessert with sweet citrus flavor, inspired by Disney’s iconic Dole Whip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.

  • Serve immediately for soft-serve texture.

  • Optionally freeze 15–20 minutes for firmer consistency.

  • Pipe into cones or bowls using a star-tip bag for the classic swirl.

Notes

  • Use only frozen fruit for best texture.

  • You can substitute orange juice concentrate with fresh juice for a lighter flavor.

  • Add frozen banana for extra creaminess.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
