Ingredients

8 oz angel hair pasta (or spaghetti)

3 tablespoons butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

1 cup milk or half & half

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

(Optional): ¼ tsp each oregano, thyme, onion powder
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in broth and milk, stir, and bring to a gentle boil.

Add pasta and simmer uncovered for 4–5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

Reduce heat to low. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter.

Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

Let sit for 1–2 minutes to thicken.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
