- 1 can (14 oz sweetened condensed milk)
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped nuts or peanut butter for variation
- Extra coconut or cocoa powder for coating (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until fully combined into a sticky dough.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls with damp hands.
- Roll in extra coconut or cocoa powder if desired.
- Chill again for at least 1 hour before serving.
