Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

6 slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)

6 slices cheddar or American cheese

6 bacon strips, cooked

6 frozen mozzarella sticks, cooked

6 onion rings, fried or baked

Pickles, jalapeños, or sautéed mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

Form patties: Divide ground beef into 6 small balls (about 2 oz each).

Smash & cook: On a hot griddle or skillet, smash patties flat, season with salt & pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side.

Melt cheese: Place cheese on patties just before removing from heat to melt.

Toast buns: Butter the inside of buns and toast them until golden.

Assemble burgers: Add patty to bun, then top with bacon, mozzarella stick, onion ring, and sauce.
