Description

Mini Monster Burgers are slider-sized burgers stacked high with juicy patties, melty cheese, and outrageous toppings like bacon, onion rings, and sauces. They’re perfect for parties, food trends, and kid-friendly meals with a bold twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

  • 6 slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)

  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese

  • 6 bacon strips, cooked

  • 6 frozen mozzarella sticks, cooked

  • 6 onion rings, fried or baked

  • Pickles, jalapeños, or sautéed mushrooms (optional)

  • Chipotle mayo or burger sauce

  • Butter for bun toasting

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Form patties: Divide ground beef into 6 small balls (about 2 oz each).

  2. Smash & cook: On a hot griddle or skillet, smash patties flat, season with salt & pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side.

  3. Melt cheese: Place cheese on patties just before removing from heat to melt.

  4. Toast buns: Butter the inside of buns and toast them until golden.

  5. Assemble burgers: Add patty to bun, then top with bacon, mozzarella stick, onion ring, and sauce.

Serve hot: Use skewers or toothpicks to hold them together. Serve with fries or a side of your choice.

Notes

  • You can swap beef with chicken, turkey, or plant-based patties.

  • Make it spooky for Halloween with colored buns or edible candy eyes.

  • Great for game day, potlucks, or themed parties.

Adjust toppings for heat—use sriracha, jalapeños, or pepper jack for spice.
