Ingredients
- – 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- – 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- – 1 cup all-purpose flour
- – 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and condensed milk until light and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place on parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on rack. Enjoy with a glass of milk!
Notes
– You can add mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts to the dough.
– Cookies will remain soft and chewy if stored in an airtight container.
