Description

Ingredients

– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ cup chicken broth
– 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ tsp red pepper flakes
– 9 oz cheese ravioli
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
2. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
3. Prepare the sauce by adding heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Cook cheese ravioli according to package instructions. Drain well.
5. Slice chicken, return it to the skillet, and toss with ravioli and sauce. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot.
