This lemon mousse is a light, creamy, and tangy no-bake dessert made with just four main ingredients. It’s easy to prepare, perfect for warm-weather entertaining, and can be made ahead for convenience

2 large lemons (zested and juiced – about 4 tsp juice)

2 cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese as an alternative)

Instructions

Zest and juice the lemons. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and mascarpone together until soft peaks form.

Add lemon zest, juice, and powdered sugar. Continue whipping until medium-stiff peaks form.

Spoon into serving dishes, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour.

For a tangier mousse, increase the lemon juice to 5–6 tsp.
