A quick and elegant dish featuring perfectly seared sea scallops in a rich, buttery, and garlicky lemon sauce. Ready in just 15 minutes!


Ingredients

  • – 1 lb sea scallops (dry-packed)
  • – 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • – Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • – 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • – 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • – 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • – 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1️⃣ Prep Scallops: Remove side muscle, pat scallops completely dry. Season with salt & pepper.
  2. 2️⃣ Sear: Heat butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. 3️⃣ Make Lemon Butter Sauce: Melt more butter, sauté garlic, add lemon juice & parsley. Stir well.
  4. 4️⃣ Serve Immediately: Drizzle sauce over scallops and enjoy!

Notes
