Ingredients
- – 1 lb sea scallops (dry-packed)
- – 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- – Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- – 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
- – 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- – 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- – 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Prep Scallops: Remove side muscle, pat scallops completely dry. Season with salt & pepper.
- 2️⃣ Sear: Heat butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 3️⃣ Make Lemon Butter Sauce: Melt more butter, sauté garlic, add lemon juice & parsley. Stir well.
- 4️⃣ Serve Immediately: Drizzle sauce over scallops and enjoy!
