Ingredients
For the Brownies:

¾ cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, room temp

2 large eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

2 tbsp lemon zest
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

3 tbsp lemon juice
-
2–3 tsp lemon zest
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with foil and lightly grease.

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, lemon juice, and zest.

Combine wet and dry mixtures; beat for 2 minutes until creamy.

Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden edges and a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely.

Mix glaze ingredients and spread over cooled brownies.

Chill in the fridge before slicing.
