Ingredients

  • – Fresh strawberries (140g/5 oz)
  • – Sugar (70g/2.5 oz, raw or white)
  • – Milk (2 cups, any type)
  • – Optional: ice cubes (whipped cream, vanilla extract)

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberries and sugar; refrigerate for 1–2 hours to create syrup.
  3. Chill syrup, then spoon 3–4 tbsp into a glass.
  4. Pour cold milk over syrup and stir gently.
  5. Serve with ice cubes or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

 Adjust sugar ratio (1:1 for sweet, 1:0.5 for balanced, 1:0.2 for low-sugar).
