Ingredients

- – Sugar (70g/2.5 oz, raw or white)
- – Milk (2 cups, any type)
- – Optional: ice cubes (whipped cream, vanilla extract)
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and sugar; refrigerate for 1–2 hours to create syrup.
- Chill syrup, then spoon 3–4 tbsp into a glass.
- Pour cold milk over syrup and stir gently.
- Serve with ice cubes or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Adjust sugar ratio (1:1 for sweet, 1:0.5 for balanced, 1:0.2 for low-sugar).
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
