Description

Jello Roll Ups are colorful, chewy, no-bake treats made with just three ingredients—flavored Jello, boiling water, and mini marshmallows. They’re a perfect snack for kids and fun to prepare for holidays or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small box (3 oz) flavored Jello

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • Cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  • Lightly grease an 8×8-inch pan with cooking spray.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix Jello and boiling water until dissolved.

  • Add mini marshmallows, microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.

  • Pour mixture into pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • Loosen edges, roll tightly, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t over-whisk to avoid air bubbles.

  • Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.

  • Let the Jello set completely before rolling.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
