Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese (softened) – 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) – 8 strips thick-cut bacon (cooked & crumbled) – 4 large jalapeno peppers (seeded & diced) – 1 tsp garlic powder – 10 egg roll wrappers – Vegetable or canola oil (for frying) – Ranch dressing (for dipping) |
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapenos, garlic in a bowl.
2. Add ⅓ cup filling to each wrapper.
3. Moisten edges, roll up tightly, seal well.
4. Fry in 350°F oil, 2–3 min each side.
5. Drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot, with ranch dressing.
Alternative: Air fry at 400°F for 3–4 minutes/side; Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
Notes
